From our Terms and Conditions:

7. Cancellation
For private lessons, the contract may be cancelled by 17:00 no later than
three days before the service begins without incurring a cancellation fee.
If cancellation takes place after that deadline, Hartweger’s
Ski & Snowboard School is entitled to charge the agreed rate for the
hours booked per day.
For group lessons, the contract may be cancelled by 17:00 no later than
one day before the service begins without incurring a cancellation fee.
If cancellation takes place after that deadline, the ski and
snowboard school, Hartweger’s Ski & Snowboard School, is entitled to charge the
agreed rate for one day of lessons.
For group lessons, payments already made may be refunded following an
accident only upon presentation of the original receipt and a medical certificate from a local
doctor. The refundable amount will be recalculated on the basis of the
services actually provided during that period. The
total amount will therefore decrease, although higher daily rates may
be charged.
No refund will be made if a customer cancels while a service is in progress or fails to attend the
agreed appointment.
If weather conditions mean that the service cannot be carried out safely,
the ski and snowboard school, Hartweger’s
Ski & Snowboard School, reserves the right to postpone
bzw. abzusagen.
Only in the event of cancellation is the ski and snowboard school
Hartweger’s Ski & Snowboard School required to refund the proportionate fee; the contracting party has no
further claim.

Addition to section 7, Cancellation:

Covid-19: Stornobedingungen
SIf travel to or a stay in Kaprun is impossible because of official restrictions
(State of Salzburg, foreign office, WHO, etc.) relating to coronavirus,
cancellation at short notice will of course be possible free of charge.
EAny payment already made will be refunded if developments relating to
COVID-19 result in measures that prevent your ski holiday in Kaprun or participation
in one of our group or private lessons.
KFree cancellation is available in particular when an official travel
warning applies to our ski area or a lockdown is imposed.
BIf you contract COVID-19 shortly before, during or after travelling to your
holiday destination, payments already made will be refunded upon presentation of a medical
certificate.
