How our Online Booking System Works - It´s easy to use!

• Choose Your Course, Book Online & Pay Securely!!

• If you would like to book one of our ski or snowboard courses, select the course you want from the relevant category using the menu at the top of the page (or the menu on the left in the mobile version).
• Directly below the header, choose the appropriate option from the available rate boxes according to your preferred course duration and click "BOOK NOW"!
• In the booking form, you will be asked to enter the start date and the participant´s details.
• If you would also like to book rental equipment at our reduced rates, simply tick "ADD RENTAL" ✅.
• Follow the instructions and complete all required fields.
• You can easily add additional participants to the selected course - for example for private lessons - by clicking "ADD PERSON". Rental equipment can be added individually for each participant if required.
  Confirm your entries by clicking "UPDATE BOOKING" - Your selection will then be saved in your shopping cart.
• To add further courses to your booking - for example, a ski course for your children - simply select another course from the main categories, click "BOOK NOW" and repeat the booking process for each participant. - during this process, the shopping cart icon will appear in the top left-hand corner. All selected courses and participants are saved in your shopping cart and can also be removed again if necessary. The total amount payable is always clearly displayed..

• Confirm Your Booking Details & Pay Securely:

• Once you have added all the required courses to your shopping cart and checked your selection, please enter your contact details for the booking confirmation, accept General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Privacy Policy - (✅) and click "SECURE PAYMENT"! (Of course, you can read our GTCs and Private Policy before completing the payment - simply click on the relevant link)
• You will then be redirected to "Stripe, our online payment service provider (www.stripe.com), where you will be asked to enter your credit card details. At this stage, only a € 100,- deposit will be charged. The payment is securely processed on our behalf by Stripe.
• Once your payment has been successfully completed, your booking reservation and deposit will be confirmed online. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email together with the corresponding payment receipt from Stripe on behalf of Hartwegers Ski und Snowboard School . THAT´S IT - YOUR BOOKING IS COMPLETE!

• Booking Confirmation, Check-In & Course Cards:

• A separate booking confirmation, including a detailed list of your booked course and/or rental equipment, will be sent to the email address you provided to us, Hartwegers Ski & Snowboard School - usually within 72 hours!
• The remaining balance can be payed by bank transfer (up to 7 days before the course starts), or during Check-In at our office by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or cash.
• You will receive your course cards at Check-In at our main-office. Please Check-In by 17:00 on the day before your course starts.

Please note: Reduced online rates available for some of our offers only apply when the remaining balance is paid by bank transfer or cash. If you choose to pay by credit card, the regular rates will apply!
