Our office is the first point of contact for guests, parents, course participants and instructors. This is where we advise, organise and prepare the ski-school day.
You answer questions, explain courses, meeting points and times, and support guests with bookings and organisation.

You work together with ski instructors, rental staff and meeting points, keeping an overview even on busy winter days.

In rental service you help guests get the right equipment quickly and easily. You work close to the ski-school operation and are part of the daily winter routine.
Preparing, handing out and taking back skis, snowboards, boots and helmets are central parts of the rental work.
You support guests with fitting equipment, check material and work carefully and accurately.

If you want to work in an Austrian ski school as a ski or snowboard instructor, you need suitable training through a regional ski-instructor association and must pass theoretical and practical exams.
Our Ski Level 1 training helps prepare you for practical work as a ski instructor and for the requirements of the first instructor qualification.
For ski instructors with a first qualification, the focus is on improving personal skiing, clean demo technique, variable terrain, bumps and exam-oriented tasks.
Our Snowboard Level 1 training is for anyone who wants to prepare for their first snowboard instructor qualification.
For snowboarders with a first qualification, we offer focused preparation for further training and exam goals.
